Refund policy

Due to the sacred and personal nature of Tulsi Mala, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns
Returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

3. Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, we may offer either:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn Tulsi Mala cannot be returned due to hygiene and spiritual considerations.

5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
